i am a biggest fan of gold fish , i love them, now a days only gold fish are in my aquarium, but i wanna keep more fresh water fish breeds in my aquarium, but i heard that many fish breeds are not friendly with gold fish and if i will add any breed to my fish tank, then these fish will give a very hard time to my lovely god fish, Is that true? so which fish is FRIENDLY with godfish to keep in aquarium?
Unfortunately goldfish do best in groups of only goldfish. However, you can mix different variations of goldfish in together. Make sure you have a large enough tank (as goldfish get big and are extremely messy). Try mixing black moor goldfish and fantail goldfish. Lots of colors look well together and add oomph to your tank.
You could add a plecostomus to your tank but not much else. When I first got a tank, I made the mistake of having a betta, goldfish, and tropical fish in one tank. The betta sat in the corner all day and the goldfish ate all my baby fish and terrorized the others.
