After graduation, most of you must be wondering what else to do with your graduation caps and graduation tassels. There are so many things you can do to reuse your cap and tassel, here are some helpful and creative ways you can do:

1. Cabinet knob decoration ---- this is also a unique idea because most of you are buying door knob holders and decorations at a very expensive price. Using graduation tassel you will be able to create a unique door knob decoration. Most of you must be wondering why there is a need to acquire for graduation gown tooat an affordable price if you would like to make all your knobs inside the house uniformed. It is best if you would take a closer look at the internet because there are lots of shops there that are both offering used and brand new ones. It all depends on your budget. All you need to do is to remove the tassel from the cap and then tie a knot on the end part that was originally connected to the cap. After that, you need to open and hang on a door know, cabinet pull or as decoration to the knob. Graduation tassels are perfect for china cabinet knob. It would really make them prettier and they look perfectly suitable for classic, traditional, or Victorian styled cabinets.
2. Celling fan light pull ---you would probably be surprised with the idea of making your graduation tassel fan light pull. This is so easy to do if you have a ceiling fan anywhere inside the house, using your tassel as a light pull is just comprise of few easy steps. All you need to do is to cut the tassel off the hat and then tie a knot around the chain pull of the ceiling fan. This can add attraction and it is also useful at the same time.
3. Graduation hangers –you can hang your photos using decorative ropes or cords. You can also use your old graduation tassel. All you need to do is to put the cord at the middle or top where you prefer to hang it and hook it there. Attach the tassel that was removed from the cap and use it.
4. Hand fan decoration --- if you are familiar with hand fans, you will agree that it needs a bit of decoration to make it look inviting and attractive in the eyes of those who will see it. Tassels will look good on fans especially if you would like it to be your party give away. All you need to do is to have a glue gun and glue gun it onto the base of the hand fan. You can also tie a knot if you don't want to use glue gun. Fans are made out of light wood so it will look best with tassels hanging underneath

These ideas are so easy to do but aside from saving your tassels, you can also come up with another innovative stuff to make you remember your graduation day.

I am still trying to find information about the prayer shawl of the Jewish faith. It is white and blue with knots and tassels on it.

A kippah (Hebrew: כִּפָּה, plural kippot; Yiddish: יאַרמלקע, yarmulke) is a slightly-rounded brimless skullcap worn by many Jewish men while praying, eating, reciting blessings, or studying Jewish religious texts, and at all times by some Jewish men. In non-Orthodox communities, some women have also begun to wear kippot. Kippot range in size from a small round beanie that covers only the back of the head, to a large, snug cap that covers the whole crown.

Tzitzit (Hebrew: צִיציִת) (Ashkenazi pronunciation: tzitzis) are special knotted "fringes" or "tassels" found on the four corners of the tallit (Hebrew: טַלִּית) (Ashkenazi pronunciation: tallis), or prayer shawl. The tallit is worn by Jewish men and some Jewish women during the prayer service. Customs vary regarding when a Jew begins wearing a tallit. In the Sephardi community, boys wear a tallit from bar mitzvah age. In some Ashkenazi communities it is customary to wear one only after marriage. A tallit katan (small tallit) is a fringed garment worn under the clothing throughout the day. In some Orthodox circles, the fringes are allowed to hang freely outside the clothing.

Tefillin (Hebrew: תְפִלִּין), known in English as phylacteries (from the Greek word φιλακτέριον, meaning fortress or protection), are two square leather boxes containing biblical verses, attached to the forehead and wound around the left arm by leather straps. They are worn during weekday morning prayer by observant Jewish men and some Jewish women.[14]

A kittel (Yiddish: קיטל), a white knee-length overgarment, is worn by prayer leaders and some observant traditional Jews on the High Holidays. It is traditional for the head of the household to wear a kittel at the Passover seder, and some grooms wear one under the wedding canopy. Jewish males are buried in a tallit and sometimes also a kittel which are part of the tachrichim (burial garments).
