Is it possible to create fibre or cloth from some part of human biology?
You can create clothing out of vegetable material, animal skin, insect silk etc...I was wondering if there was some part of human biology that can be...i don't know..."spun" into cloth or cloth like material....maybe some kinda oil we produce...or chemical, or something extracted from our blood......no silence of the lambs jokes please.....I saw a documentary once about a Japanese biologist who made some kinda silky nightwear using only re-purposed components of her body....think she used a centrifuge or something to spin whatever liquid she took from herself over time into fibrous material that she used to make fabric.....she made a dye too, blue. any thoughts how it was done, don't remember.

You could weave something out of tendons? They used to use tendons as thread. Take apart muscle fibres?
