Camilla Staerk
Camilla Staerk is a Danish label based in the UK. The designs are interesting and innovative. Her Spring Summer 2008 collection is inspired by traditional Japanese dress with large shapes folds and twists of fabric. She combines natural materials such as cotton silk and leather and neutral colours like peach and black with contrasting kimono prints.

Geisha's in Dubai ? SOS?
Hey Y'all .. My sister's getting married soon .. Gonna Miss her so much .. Anyways she chose her wedding's theme to be japanese .. So she needs a band of around 6 ladies dressed up in kimono's and have their hair n make up done just like a Geisha .. And If its possible for them to dance like Geisha's do with the fan n play the harp thingy !
Its Urgent .. If you know anything about this AT ALL ! Please Let me know .. The wedding's about a month away .. & we're running outta time ..

It's called a shamisen, not a "harp thingy." And not all geisha dances involve fans.
I seriously doubt you will find anything even remotely like a geisha in Dubai, or anywhere else outside of Japan. The closest you will find is a kimono-san (a woman who basically acts as a geisha but isn't a geisha...some are great, but I don't know of any in Dubai), or you might be able to find a Japanese dance school that would be willing to have some high-level students and/or teachers come dance for you (but they might not be willing or able to dress up like geisha). I suggest you look around for Japanese dance/Nihon buyo studios in your area and contact them about hiring some people for a wedding. Check your local phone book or use Google to find them.
