I dread the thought that the Filipinos would equate the achievements of Cory Aquino to that of Gloria Arroyo. Having said that, I doubt that Mikey will win if ever that happened. Do you think her funeral procession will also be as long and as well attended? There is a big difference between mourning and rejoicing. cough cough.
