What is etrack and when should you use it? You've probably seen it, but just didn't know what it was called. Inside many trailers, you'll find metal railing with slots for attaching tie down straps. The railing, called "etrack," makes it easy to secure cargo using various strap arrangements.

Depending on how you plan to use it, the track can be attached horizontally or vertically, or even on the floor. Most etrack is about five inches wide, and it comes in several different lengths. It's also available in custom lengths for "out of the box" applications. If you're planning to install the track in a protected area, such as the inside of a covered trailer, you can use track made from painted steel. If the track will be exposed to the elements, go with galvanized steel.

What makes this special track so effective and versatile is the built-in slots, usually spaced about two inches apart. They allow you to attach straps with various fittings and anchors to accommodate just about any type of load.

Various straps are available with e-fittings so they can be used with e track. Ratchet straps are a great way to secure loads in enclosed trailers and vans, as the ratcheting action allows you to get the strap tight enough to minimize cargo movement. Another option is a cam buckle strap, which can be a little quicker and easier to use when you don't need the strength of a ratchet strap (which can sometimes be a bit cumbersome and hard to release).

You may already have tie down straps that aren't fitted for etrack, but that's not a problem. Any O or D ring can be attached to your e track; you can even use rope. Although, for heavy loads or items where it's extremely important to control movement, a strap with a specialized attachment is your best bet.

Buy Secrets from Inside the Pizzeria

Chances are you are reading this article to find out if Secrets from Inside the Pizzeria is a scam or a legitimate program. Culinary chef and former Director of Quality Assurance & Research and Development for Domino’s Pizza (The head pizza chef), Bev Collins has quite a resume. As you will discover, Bev was close to the founder of Domino’s pizza, Tom Monaghan. There is a lot to know about Bev, a good site dedicated to Bev Collins’s course (listed at the end of the article), contains more information regarding her career.

So Is Secrets from Inside the Pizzeria a Scam?
I personally have a copy of Secrets from Inside the Pizzeria, complete with ebook and 80 minute video. From the first time I saw Bev Collins’ program I could tell that she probably had something exceptional. And, given the fact Bev Collins has an exceptionally awesome refund promise, I felt Bev Collins was legitimate. If you want more information on the refund policy (which pretty much negates the chances of Bev being a fraud), check out the website references at the end of this article.

A quick aside, (please forgive any lack of professionalism) Bev Collins doesn’t really look like a criminal. As you’ll see in the video and on the movie, Bev Collins doesn’t look like a fraud. I know that doesn’t really mean anything, but it would be comical to see anyone like Bev defrauding others. Something you would not expect at all! After you take a look at the website I think you’ll understand where I am coming from!

The Quality of Bev Collins’ Pizza Secrets
After inspecting the book and the movie, I was satisfied with her work. Secrets from Inside the Pizzeria had a lot of good information and had many good tips on making pizza. Am I a better pizza maker as a result of the movie? I think so.

One thing I really appreciated about Bev Collins’ move was her lessons on making pizza dough. There is a lot to know about pizza dough; could there ever be enough? The dough is the heart of a pizza (in my humble opinion), and I believe Bev did a great job in her video explaining it. As you can imagine, a video really helps illustrate exactly how to execute certain things; dough tossing and dough kneading to name a few. At the moment, this is my favorite part of Secrets from Inside the Pizzeria.

Conclusion
If you are looking for a solid program for learning how to make pizza, I think you’ll find Secrets from Inside the Pizzeria exceptional. Bev discusses the key areas of pizza making, provides answers to questions, and more. Also, when I downloaded my program, there was an email address and telephone numbers you could use if you had any problems.

How many people actually hire someone to paint the inside of their home?

My husband is out of work , he is a painter, we are going to hang up fliers so he could get some side work. how many people actually hire someone to paint the inside of their house and how much do they pay for a medium sized room? we were going to put a price of $125 for any room and smaller rooms for less. Would you pay this? Should I add anything to the flier?

I am in the Interior Decorating business and I found my favorite painter after seeing his work at a client's home. Seeing is believing and so is word of mouth. I have hired this man time and time again because I can trust him enough to meet my client's standards of quality. Now my clients are recommending him to their friends and I am on the waiting list now!!!

So, if he is passionate about his work and it is his pleasure not his obligation to finish a job, then your husband will do fine. My painter wears white overalls and a white ball cap. What the heck, he plays the part well. Your husband should commit to a single brand (I love Benjamine Moore paint) and carry their Paint Fan Decks (I keep a rubber band around mine to keep it neatly together)

I appreciate this painter because he is always on time and does what he says. He folds ladders and puts them on their side until tomorrow (a must with homes where children dwell). He does not splatter paint on a window pane or a floor He is kind and respectful of my clients belongings and has invested well in drop cloths. His service with returning phone calls promptly is a huge bonus and gets him in the door quickly.

Personally, I believe your husbands pricing could use some adjusting. In Connecticut, my clients pay about $150 on up for a bathroom to be painted. Please pick up the phone book and make a few calls to local painters, using a room in your house as an example, get some price quotes. You do not want to undersell yourself, people will not take you seriously and suspect that your work is not up to par.
It's okay to be competitive, but too low is going to backfire (lots of work and not so much of pay)

Flyers: Have a catchy name. Guarantee the work and pledge to provide excellent service. Business cards are the single most effective and least expensive way to advertise a business. I buy them by the thousand, so should you. Overnight prints.com have excellent prices, I think I paid $39.99 plus shipping for a thousand cards.

Good luck
