3 - Have enough sleep. Your body repairs itself while you are sleeping. You simply can’t do without this vital component of our live. An adult should sleep about 7 hours a day.
4 - Avoid alcohol. Drink water instead (see 2).

5 - Quit smoking. When was your last attempt? In any case, it is always worth trying again.

my stress is affecting my health how can i change this?
i'm 18. i react to everything with stress it seems like, and i hate it. i'm always stressed (just like my dad, 2 aunts and grandpa) i constantly feel like i'm supposed to work and I feel guilty if i relax. i feel like all homework that is actually due next week was supposed to be done yesterday. i lost one of my text books and am behind on a car payment and am freaking out. i am very impatient and like tasks to be completed promptly. im never doing too many things it once they all need to be done NOW. i feel like i'm a failure at most things. my grades suck i couldn't even keep a 3.0gpa this quarter. my health is deteriorating. i've been gaining weight, dont get enough exercise, and developed depression and bulimia nervosa. (i take prozac but refused therapy because i felt like it was a god awful waste of time and money) i feel sad and tired most days and desperately need to change this.
You need some you time... your never gonna please everyone all the time, remember that, if your pleasing this person, then some other person is gonna feel left out... they'll complain, you just have to Stop catering to what everyone thinks... shut the door behind you sit on the floor count to 30 and think of what you really wish you were doing right that second... it usually isn't ice cream.. but if it is, oh well then get a bowl... its your body not anyone elses... if its a trip to the carnival that brings you joy, make it happen.. find a theme park, and just go!
Also, This is Easter week, often times God will let our lives fall apart, so that we come to Him... and it sounds like He really wants your company! Look at all the time He's spending on you! Just pray honey, grab a bible and pray... make it me time... yes, family history is what usually causes "histronics"... look the word up on the internet and save yourself, it can be done... if you don't want the therapy, then self help yourself and look up that word and see the list of behaviors attributed to it and then make a decision right then and there to not let anything like that be like you anymore...
