Here are some more information for Healing Grade:

In Mark 6:12-13 it says, "They went out and preached that people should repent. They drove out many demons and anointed many sick people with oil and healed them." From this I gather that these people did primarily 2 things to help in obtaining their healing. They repented and they used oils. The best example I know of someone who did this is my friend Rita. She was healed through total lifestyle repentance and the use of oils. Here is a bit of her story.
When Rita was diagnosed with terminal cancer she was given about 2 weeks to live. So she immediately set out on a journey to learn and try anything that might help her survive. She studied the disease and she studied anything she could find that might help her get well. She met with a nutritionist and began eating raw vegetables and juicing vegetables. She met with a specialist to learn about pH balance. She began rebounding and cleansing her body. She also fervently petitioned God for the healing she desired.
This is the best example I know of for total lifestyle repentance. She stopped doing anything that might promote her disease (eating processed foods, exposing her body to toxic chemicals, reducing stress in her life, etc.) and started doing anything that might help her be healed (eating healthy, exercising, seeking God). She turned away from anything that had the appearance of evil and turned to what was good. This is the perfect definition of repentance in action.
Rita also began studying essential oils and generously applied them to her body. There are several different oils that she still uses multiple times a day. She applies them topically, inhales them and takes them internally. Her diagnosis was over 3 years ago. Today Rita is a strong, vibrant, passionate woman who is on fire for the Lord. God certainly has blessed her faith through the actions she took in repentance and with oils. Praise Him!
The word repentance is often easily misunderstood. I've noticed that it is frequently confused with regret or feeling sorry. But that is not what it really means. It means "to turn" from what is wrong and "turn to" what is right. In other words, it means to change your ways. Stop doing what you were doing before and start doing something else. Start doing something better that will get you on a better path.
This is just was Rita did. She realized that the lifestyle she had been living was full of things that weakened her body. In this weakened, stressed, emotionally strained state she was easily susceptible to her disease. So she turned away from the way she had been living and started on a totally new path in life. She went cold turkey, burnt bridges behind her and never looked back. That is repentance like I have never seen it before. Are you willing to make the changes it will take to receive the healing you pray for? Changing your lifestyle to align with God's ways will open the floodgates of His blessings upon you.

Healing From Domestic Violence - the Rapture and Remedy of Writing for Domestic Abuse Survivors
I notice that when people are told to write as a) a way to keep records of the ongoing abuse episodes and domestic altercations, or b) for the healing effect, they recoil.
If I didn't know better I'd think they felt as though they were getting an assignment right out of grade school. And since we know the authority issues in their lives make this rather undesirable, it is understandable why one would not want to journal. However...
Here is why this is doing oneself a disservice. If you recoil when given the assignment of journaling, you miss the rapture and healing remedy of writing.
Healing Writing: How and to Whom?
But before I elaborate on what I mean by that, let's talk for a moment about what kind of writing I'm talking about. It's effortless. It's innocent. It's conversational. It's spontaneous. It's authentically fluid and it's you connecting with your reader.
Now this reader could be your attorney, your partner, your children (for their future) or in the case of your evidence building: yourself.
While it is true that you're accomplishing something that will serve you in your case and/or in your life, thus you're being productive, this doesn't mean it's "work" or "homework."
It's the work of lingering in a space that has a healing effect AND produces a natural elevation of mood and overall well-being. Now there are definite reasons for this. We'll leave that for another article as it is beyond the scope of my point here.
Healing Writing: On and about What?
Try it for a week or more... Carve out a 20 to 30 minute period in your day and go to your keyboard with the intention of journaling. That is writing what's up for you in the moment.
For example if your counsel is acting out, on this day you write a letter to your attorney. If something is happening in your life that you want your children to understand in their adult life, you write to them. If you and your partner have had an altercation, you journal this as though you are making a mental note for yourself or for a future court proceeding should you be headed in that direction.
Then there will be days that you go to the keyboard or to your pen and you say to yourself: I have nothing to write about. Oh no, not so! In that moment you go inside and more often than not, something will emerge from within that upsets you, that you long for, that interests you...that is merely on your mind. So on this day you write about that.
You will see over time that there is a pattern to how you experience yourself and your life in general on the days you write as compared to the days that you don't. Ultimately, you will come to know the rapture and healing effect of writing.

Is it hard to up grade the hard drive in a ps3?
I have a 60 gig and with all the game demos, vids and songs its almost full. How hard is it putting a bigger harddrive in? what do you do about the OS? also can i coppy the files that i have on there now to the new one?
Any websites that have a deatailed 'How to' would heal heaps
You just have to get a bigger laptop hard drive, pop in in there and go through the startup process again. I'm not sure if you are able to simply use your existing psn account with the new drive but...
A better option, and one that would keep you from having to constantly change internal drives, would be to use a USB hard drive. There are decent sized ones for under $100, not much more than an internal of the same size, and much less hassle. If you plug a usb drive into your ps3's usb port, it should be autodetected and then you can format it from your XMB.
An added bonus: You can use a USB hard drive to make a shared partition for both your XMB and your PC, to easily transfer stuff. If you use linux, the site www.psubuntu.com has a how-to on the subject.
The only downer would be having it take up a usb port, but you've got the good ol' 60 so you should be ok... you could put every application where you need usb peripherals on your XMB, and the other stuff on the usb drive.
