Here are some more information for Gemstone Silver Ring:

Silver is a more adaptable or 'easy-going' metal than gold. It gives you room for experimenting with different gems and weird and wonderful designs for silver jewellery. Wearing a unique pendant that expresses your personality and looks great will also serve as an icebreaker at parties and a fashion statement when you're out on the town. Silver translates well to twisty, industrial looking and abstract designs, as well as feminine gemstone combinations, which are classy and inexpensive.
Abstract Silver Jewellery
You don't need a definable shape to silver jewellery necklaces for the design to be evocative. An organic or uneven stone design can look both funky and classy. Alternatively, look to handcrafted silver jewellery at craft markets or boutiques to find something really special. It could be a traditional design with a twist; perhaps an elongated heart, or flower with arty and uneven petals. Remember if it's different yet pretty, people are going to look twice.
Charms and Pendants
Charms are perfect for an individual statement and they can we worn on a silver chain as a pendant. Along with charms to mark special occasions, such as the 21st key charm, you can find practically any design such as a 'frog in a canoe' or 'church and steeple'. Really large pendants always draw the eye and look good combined with beads or gemstones, however you need to be choosy about which tops you wear with your chunky and funky silver jewellery, as it can often look 'too much' if your clothes also display bold designs. Ornate crosses and flowers have the dual-advantage of and eye-catching and go with most clothes, especially if combined with black gems or pearls. Aztec, Celtic or African designs also keep people intrigued and often have a spiritual meaning behind them which is a nice touch.
Rings
Along with your understated wedding and antique rings, keep a few bold rings to wear with your funky clothes. Coloured gemstones work well with silver and you can combine different stone colours and shapes on one thick silver ring. A large gem, such as an amber circle or square, can be effective if worn alone. Stylised animal and organic plant designs also translate well to silver rings.
Whatever unique silver jewellery designs you decide on, choose something because you think it suits you best and makes you comfortable not because it's currently in fashion. If it looks right, it will instantly make the desired fashion statement. The catch about bold silver jewellery is that is sometimes has to be worn independently of your 'staple' jewellery, but it's worth having a few pieces in your collection to be worn when you feel like something different.

Let's Talk About Sterling Silver Rings and Gemstones
Rings are a very popular form of jewelry! They can represent many things from culture, a commitment such as marriage, an achievement, or even a religious standard. Rings became popular during the medieval times. In those days they were made of silver, gold, copper and even iron. Jewels did not start appearing in rings until around the fourteenth century.
It was fun to learn about the history of rings. Early Christians used a Greek symbol that looks like a fish, the formal name being the Icthus, to identify themselves among other believers. I especially enjoyed the story of how the engagement ring came about. There was an Irish man from Claddagh which is a fishing village. Right before he was to be married, he was captured and became a slave working as a goldsmith. After he escaped years later, he came home to his love to find out that she had never married. They joyously reunited and he gave her a ring with the symbols of a heart, a crown and two hands. That ring is still used today to symbolize commitment of love and friendship that can never be separated. Christians call it a promise ring and wear it as a commitment to God to stay pure until marriage. Of course there is also birthstone rings which have stones to represent each month in the year. My birthday is in September so my stone is the lovely sapphire.
A ring is a significant piece of jewelry and Gilbert and Frech has one of the largest selections of gemstone rings to choose from. Our sizes range from 5 to 10. Once again, all of our rings are made from 100 percent sterling silver. We have many different designs and our artisans continue to create new ones as the fashion trends change.
It is still amazing to me know that there are so many uses for silver and that it has such a rich history. It is such a pretty color and reflects gemstones in a way that just enhances their beauty. I have so much more appreciation for my silver jewelry now and I view it as an investment. Next time you purchase a piece of silver jewelry take a few moments to reflect on this journey we have taken together. I know it will make your new piece just a little bit more special!

Sea Salt and Silver Rings?
I'd like to cleanse my silver Black Onyx ring using the sea salt method, since its the most effective in cleansing most gemstones and crystals. But I am pretty certain the silver will be affected- corroded. Are there any other suggestions or alternatives? Thank you.
if you mean spiritual cleansing then i would recommend you don't use sea salt but kosher salt instead. if you don't want it to corrode than you need to put the ring in the salt, say the blessing. if you think you must use the salt water than i would recommend you only put it it for a very short time, rinse it off vigorously. use soap and water if possible. but i have always found that emblems any symbols are useless. they can be taken in a battle. your pure will power can not.
