hi, im 13 years old male and wheigh 105 pounds i am trying to get in bettter shape for soccer it starts in september.what exercises should i do? i have a pair of 2.5 pound ankle/wrist weights 2 pound dumbells and 3 pound dumbells a stress ball and an exercise bike.
Soccer is all about endurance and leg strength.
Start running distance and sprints now. Box squats will also help. Not much you can do with the weights aside from weighted leg raises.
