I work in a florist and my employee is very tactless. She comments on people like when she's selling the flowers she says "Urgh! Why are you buying these? You must be mad! You could have chosen a far better colour?". I've even known her go as far as to say "Hey love, you could do with loosing a few pounds?" when a lady couldn't get passed the floral arrangements.
