15. Stick to time. If you are taking a 2 hour test, take it for 2 hrs only. Be merciless, especially if you are taking them in your room/home. Don’t let anything disturb you in those 2 hrs.
16. Have a strategy in mind before you start the test. Take 2-3 minutes to analyze the paper.

23. Practice yoga or meditation techniques so that you can remain focused for the entire duration.

What is my cat whinning about something but I cant figure out what. Help please?
Every night I lock my cats (I have 4 right now;Ive' had as many as 
in the garage, and every morning I feed them,make sure they have water, and after I see their done eating I let them out. But I seem to have this one cat that started to always whine in the morning. I give him food and he eats his fill, I give him water, he drinks till he's content, and I let him out in the morning and he goes out still whining about something. I cant figure out what's wrong with him or what he wants. I also notice that he always runs up the street to the house on the oppisite end. As far as I've noticed the people at that other house avoid the cat and presumedly dont do anything to or for the cat.
Somone please tell me what I'm missing and what the cat keeps whining or complaning about?
I would ask a vet! It could be something simple or he/she could have a problem. Maybe the vet will have your solution.
