Here are some more information for Bible Verse:

"Would you like paper or plastic?"
The next time you're asked this, make sure you say, "Paper, please," then ask for the same number of bags to match the number of words found in your Bible memory verse. After accomplishing these two steps, just follow the directions below to play the fun Bible memory verse activity called "Bag It".
Here's what you do:
Once you have your paper grocery bags, on each one write out in big letters one word each from you memory verse. I actually include one more bag for the reference of the verse.
Next, pick the same number of kids from your class to come up front where you proceed to place a bag over each of their heads in the correct order of the verse. By the way, if you have a small class, you can have each bag contain 2 or 3 words at a time. You will still have fun, but on a smaller scale.
Have the rest of the class recite the verse as they see it presented by the "Bag It" people. Have them say it over and over several times in several different ways such as in a high voice or a low voice or as Mickey Mouse or as a really, really old person. Once you see that the class is starting to memorize the verse, pat one of the kid's heads as a cue for them to remove their bag. Have the class say the verse again, but this time they will need to remember the word or words that were taken away. Continue this progression until all the bags have been taken off. The result should be a class who now knows their memory verse all because of some everyday grocery bags.

Deep Clean Your Thoughts!
Spring and summer are a good time to create and plant new and beautiful things around us. It is a great time to get rid of the clutter that only loads us down. Imagine a garden that has been taken over by weeds. The weeds crowd and cut off any opportunity of a bountiful and nourishing crop. Just like the weeds can suck the life right out of a plant, research has suggested your negative thinking can suck the life right out of you with health problems such as anxiety, high blood pressure, cardiac problems, depression and more.
Let's catch and spread around a spring fever of happiness and love. It's time to plant some new beautiful thoughts and pluck out the weeds that are only dragging us down.
Plant these three seeds, then weed, water and fertilize them all year long.
1. The first thing we need to do this spring is pull out any and all of the old weeds hanging around taking up space in our thoughts. We have been given the ability to think about what we think about. Right now you can stop yourself and think, "What was I just thinking about?" You can choose to let the thought continue or replace it with something else. So the next time you notice an uneasy feeling rising up in you, stop yourself and ask, "what did I just say to myself that made me feel this way?"
2. Make a decision right now to pluck any weeds out and plant thoughts of being optimistic, confident and focusing on good things rather than bad. For Example, instead of thinking, 'I will be happy when ____ happens," think,"I am going to enjoy everyday, NOW!" Instead of, "I wish I was like _____," think "I was made to be the way I am, there is not some normalcy in character out there to achieve, and I am the best person to be ME!" Instead of, "I wish I wouldn't have _____," think, "Everyone makes mistakes, I am going to learn from it and will be the best person I can be from what I learned."
3. Choose three positive things about yourself now. Stop now and do it! Anytime you notice a negative thought about yourself growing inside, replace it with these positive things. Water and fertilize your thoughts everyday by relaxing, praying, enjoying nature, listening to music and laughing at yourself and others.
Lets challenge ourselves to, "THINK SPRING" by springing into happiness on purpose this year. Stop, smell, look and listen to the sounds of spring. Let them warm your heart and thoughts with a renewing spirit that will last all year long.

What is a good bible verse for someone that may have cancer?
Someone close may have cancer. I am going to the hospital to pray over them, and looking through my bible to see what may be a good, inspirational verse. Any good ones?
Thank you for asking this, I would recommend praying to the Lord that He would give you a verse. All of God's word is inspirational, and it is when He makes it alive in us that it becomes special to us. The Lord opens our eyes and hearts to see those precious promises that He gives to us in His word, how precious His word is! I would love to share some verses that I love and that I am thinking of right now that have to do with praying for someone.
Matthew 21:21 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.
22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
James 5:14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.
20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
I have prayed for you and your friend,
with sincerity in Christ,
andrew
