Can you smoke Snuff, the powdered sniffing tobacco? How?

Snuff by definition is a preparation of tobacco, either powdered and taken into the nostrils by inhalation or ground and placed between the cheek and gum.
So I wouldn't try to smoke it. It is very fine unlike smoking tobacco which is corse.
